you know you're pathetic when.....

the other day i was feeling really crappy. i had a fever, sniffles, cough, body aches, you name it, i had it. chase had finally fallen asleep for a nap and christian wanted to play wii and wanted me to play with him. i told him to start and i would just lay there and watch him for a minute. well that minute was the fastest minute in history and he was quickly begging me to play tennis. he promised me he would take it easy on me since i wasn't feeling well. so we played best of 5 and he quickly kicked my trash the first game and then the second game. the third game started and i noticed that he was missing some shots that he never misses and i somehow managed to win game 3 and game 4. i asked him what was up and he said that he felt bad when he beat a girl, but he felt especially bad when he beat a sick girl so he was letting me win. i told him to man up and play like he always did, and he aced 4 shots in a row and i was defeated. pretty pathetic when the only way that i can even have a chance at beating my four-year-old is when he has to let me win.
