busy, busy, busy

what a busy and fun week we have had. just a few weeks ago the kids were complaining that i never took them anywhere and that they wished that they could get out of the house and now after the last two weeks they are begging me to let them stay home. we are truly living in a strange blanch world!!
last week our cutie patootie cousin rhees came to visit from sunny arizona and we went to dinosaur park and had a picnic lunch with grandma and grandpa and audie and little lou and then went back to grandma's for a dip in the pool with more visiting bishop cousins from texas. then on the next day we went to treehouse museum and ran around that place like maniacs on speed and then had a picnic at grandma's again. this week we took frontrunner down to slc and visited discovery gateway childrens museum and had 3 floors of fun packed into an afternoon. the kids got to climb inside a lifeflight helicopter, pretend that they were news anchors and weatherwomen and man (christian is the lone wolf in this pack of girlie girls) and then take trax back to the train and ride home. today we just stayed at grandma's and hung out with rhees before she leaves tomorrow. we took a walk to the farm and saw pig farmer sam and his 3 little piggies that he will be showing at the fair and also got to play with some new baby kitties. (gross!!!) we had a great time, but now we need a vacation from all the fun!!! we will miss rheesie, but the countdown is on 'til christmas at our house and we will see her then, along with the other fun arizonians!! yahoo
