this week we celebrated thanksgiving with all our family and also celebrated brent turning the big 34!!! his birthday fell on black friday so he celebrated by watching some of the kids while i went shopping with mom and the girls. but later we had cake and then saturday brent and i snuck out to see harry potter 7 part 1 and eat a scrumpious dinner at prairie schooner. we loved the movie and had a good time just the two of us. it is a rare thing to have a minute to have an entire conversation without 5 kids interrupting at some point.
christian came home from school the other day and quickly pulled out a tooth he has been working on for a while now. he was so excited to finally have his name listed on the "tooth wall" at school.
just a few mya updates since i haven't bragged lately about her. she is now 5 months old and i cannot believe how fast the time goes. just last year at this time we found out she was coming and i was sooooo sick. i just wanted to die, but she was worth it. she is now rolling and eating all sorts of goodies. she never stops smiling and talking. the only time she ever fusses is when she wants to eat or needs to be changed. she is the only kid out of all of them that has ever slept through the night this young. it is HEAVEN!!! she just goes with the flow luckily and is so sweet.
now we begin the countdown to christmas and the craziness that surrounds it. good luck to all of you that are like me and not done shopping yet.

I love my Mya girl!!! So adorable!
She is so happy! What a cute girl. Me and Eric went on a date this weekend without the baby and that was a first in a while. I can't imagine how nice it must be to get out when you have 5! Happy Birthday Brent!
